Default Fender Gotoh Vintage drop in replacement

Does anyone know of a tuning keys that will drop right in? I absolutely hate working with the vintage ones. I know they're correct and cool, but they are loathsome to string.

Are they the kind where you cut the string and stick it down the tuner post?

What? I prefer vintage style. Much easier to string IMO and can't beat the clean look.

I like those vintage tuners once you know how long to cut the strings.

Would something like this work for you ? http://www.stewmac.com/Hardware_and_...ne_Tuners.html

I don't know anything about Fender vintage tuners, but I really like the locking tuners on my PRS

I have a tough time with them even with the correct length, especially on the b and e strings.
