I got a friend to record me with my Blackberry Playbook tablet. The video is not fantastic quality wise but sound is supurb. The tablet has two stereo small microphones on the top of the tablet when it's turned into landscape mode.

Blackberry have stopped making them now believe but you can probably pick one up on eBay
They are supurb for recording live music.
