I'm primarily an acoustic player, with some electric as well. I've owned some pure classical in the past. Don't really like the wide (2"+) necks. I just recently picked up a Cordoba C9 Crossover with a Spruce top and absolutely love it. In my opinion it sounds as good as some previous nylon string guitars I've had that were priced much higher, and I really like the slightly narrower nut width and neck profile is great. Totally happy with it. Price new was about $775.

I can understand why some guitarists who are accustomed to playing steel string guitars might prefer a crossover with narrower string spacing, but there are also those, like me, who prefer the standard 52mm nut width classical guitar neck for classical repertoire. There are not many classical guitarists who play 48mm nut width instruments.
