Off to the finisher
Now upright and fretted, it's off to the finisher for the next few weeks. It'll be neat to see how the colors look upon arrival : )

That looks really nice. For some reason I am drawn immediately to the headstock, that is stunning. Now the long wait for finishing, but it will be worth it, it will be completely different, for the better next time you see it!

No pics, but some good news - guitar should be back from the finisher this week.
To help time along, I posted an original recording here if anyone's interested. Played on my only current guitar, a 2003 Goodall EIR / Adi. It will be interesting to see how they compare.

It's back
Good morning, folks. Mark got the guitar back from the finisher yesterday and was considerate enough to satiate my curiosity with these shots.
The colors and contrasts look terrific! It's like getting your car back from the wash, but exponentially better.
