Looks kinda fun...hope they match up well together!

I admit I went with a tweed amp to match up with my butterscotch tele...

For me all around it's been a good match...

Color aesthetics sound and all....

- and if you ever get tired of the LP and want some single-coil mojo, got your guitar right here:

BTW one of my students had the identical instrument about 15 years ago, and they're great little guitars (with the usual Godin attention to QC) for not a whole lotta bucks...

In the meantime use it well, often, and LOUD... :guitar;

Nice score! Love those old Kustom tuck 'n roll amps..

I bought a couple of the newer '66 Darts, a while ago now. These are great little SS practice amps.

And my buddy uses old Kustom amps in his surf band.

That's a very cool old amp! Good for you! Congratulations!

It sure looks right with your blue sparkly guitar!

Thanks guys, I was hoping you'd like it. I had to travel 2 hours one way to go buy it. After seeing it was in almost mint condition, I had to have it. It sounds fabulous and is very loud !!!! It has a 15" speaker and two ports. It's on caster but is very heavy....Yes the blue sparkles match the blue sparkles on the guitar very nicely. I used to have a similar one back in the seventies, so I was familiar with the blue Kustom color. In this condition they are very hard to find, so yes I got very lucky. But the sound is oh sooo good !!!!!!! It looks small in the picture but is a very nice size.

Very cool; love those old Kustoms. We had a big Kustom cab we used for our keyboard in a band I was in - I don’t even know what was in it, but it was about 5’ tall. Sometimes we’d put a distortion pedal on the keys and imitate Jon Lord from Deep Purple. Sounded great.
Have fun with that!
