a new song to share

hey everyone. i just wrote a new song a few days ago and just got it recorded tonight. i feel like it's still in its early stages, so any constructive criticism anyone can give me regarding this would be awesome! i really respect the opinion of all you guys on here and this forum has been so helpful over the years, so let me just say...

Hey Danny-- I love it. I don't usually like this genre of song, but yours is exceptional. Really nice guitar work too. Keep it up.

Also listened to Another Lovely Day. Interesting phrasing, good lyrics, nice syncopation between guitar and piano in the intro -- liked it a lot too!

I think we'll be hearing more from you.

One of the greatest compliments ever given to me...I'll extend to you:
You have Feel. Songs like that can't be played by many - even by those who are more knowledgable guitarist. The music is beautiful, the guitar songs very nice (curious if it's the maple in your picture?) & your voice is soothing.

Danny, GREAT SONG! The lyrics and your performance are very moving! If you keep writing like that we will be soon saying, "We Knew Him When..."

Wow, I have only listen to "chissled in stone"

Amazing recording, very professional...the guitar is amazing...very memorizing...the lyrics draw you in to listen and in my opinion this song would be great in a movie.

The part when you go up...i think "i don't want to take and other" that is perfect...sounds great!

Basically this is an other song that makes me want to stop playing guitar.
