Curling is a great game. I get it. Just shouldn’t be an Olympic sport, imo. I’ve played it just a bit over the years, but went with my Dad to his games a lot when I was a kid.
I enjoyed reading the replies in this thread. Good chuckles!

Why is it everytime I turn on the Olympics they are curling? Not really a sport, and I have skipped this years Olympics. The USOC, swimming, gymnastics, and college basketball are deeply in the gutter.

I consider curling more of a sport than figure skating.

To me, the Olympics is about the human body and mind being at peak performance ability. I’m not a fan of figure skating, but at least those athletes are in top physically condition. Curlers may have improved in that regard since the game was added to the Olympics, but compared to other sports, personally I don’t think the game demands anywhere near the physical output. It’s more a game of strategy and precision.
