2017 Martin OM-28
SOLD I bought this guitar new in December but just acquired a new J-40 so something is going to have to go and there is a lot of tonal overlap with the 28 and 40. This is a fine example of a Martin OM, has a really big sound for it's size, projects well, sensitive to the lightest touch and tons of sustain, truly an outstanding sounding guitar! It's hard to part with this guitar and it does give the J-40 a run for it's money but I also have a 000-18 that I will keep for variety. Same specs as the reimagined OM-28 with the exception of some cosmetics, this one has ivoroid binding which I like better than the new antique white. No wings on the headstock, nice straight grain dark EIR back, beautiful silking of the top. There is a tiny ding on the treble side upper bout which I photographed and an indentation in the headstock from a string winder which is also pictured, it came from the dealer like this. I will also include a brand new set of Antique Acoustic bridge/ end pin set that have not been installed yet. Action is E=3/32" at 12th fret and e=2/32" this came set up great and actually plays nicer than my short scale 000-18. This guitar has been stored in a humidified case when not played and comes from a smoke/pet free home. I have sold a lot of guitars and gear on ebay and reverb with 100% positive feedback. I can do $SOLD shipped CONUS and I will cover PayPal fees. Thanks for looking!
