Alvarez 5021 Twelve String?
Found a guy here willing to sell his for less than two bones with case says it's in great shape. Would be a two hour drive to pick it up and I've never played this model.......

I had a 5021- and watched the soundhole cave in on itself- so I may have a jaundiced opinion. Sound was quite nice, good detail, but for the price I would consider a vintage Yamaha Fg-230/260 IF the neck is good.
Lots of vintage Alvarez's out there, I hear their 5054 and 5037 are excellent 12-strings, too.
