My personal favourite chorus is the TC Corona (now the TC Corona+). I've got both the older full-size and mini pedals. One of the things I never liked about using chorus on acoustics is the wow-wow-wow 180-degrees-out-of-phase sound. The TC solves this issue with their "tri-chorus" (presumably 120 degrees regeneration)...provides the shimmer/doubling (tripling?) without the warble, wow and flutter, kind of a Leslie-ish sound. My solo acoustic board uses the mini with a tri-chorus toneprint...

Any chorus pedal will work. Fishman had the AFX that was supposed to be meant for acoustic but honestly, I owned the AFX delay and my other delay pedals worked just as well. Personally, I find that digital is always better with acoustic. Analog pedals tend to get a bit too warm and overdone. Chorus should be subtle. The TC Electronics chorus was a good suggestion. I would probably look into that one as well.

I use either a Boss AD-5 or AD-3 these days but before I got these units I used a Boss Bass Chorus pedal and it sounded very good. I never checked the frequency specs but to me it sounds like it has a flatter frequency response than the version for electric guitar.

I use a MXR micro chorus. Way easy to use and sounds great. Also had experience with a danelectro cool cat. Also easy to use and probably one of the best chorus pedals in its price range. IMHO, of course.

Yes, any chorus pedal on the market will work with acoustic. My first chorus was an EH Small Clone which I absolutely adore, and is still available. My trusty Boss CE3 is 30 years old and has never let me down. I'd also recommend the EH Electric Mistress which also gives you Flange--sounds fab in stereo.
