My brand new "Custom Jumbo Florentine AA Maple Tobacco Burst ES Satin V-Neck" arrived save and sound from Jim @ Guitar Rodeo a couple of days ago... I adore her for her stunning beauty and the unique sound of quality maple that I can't get enough of... That's a beauty! And for my own reference, what is the official name of those inlays on the fretboard? I bet she sounds good!

@ cjjtulsa - the inlays are "600 Series" inlays...

@ Andromeda - I am happy that you have spotted this - it is also the first I have seen - actually I ordered it "loose in case" with the guitar to first see if it works visually - I glued it on yesterday and am really satisfied with the looks - pure sexy and makes all the difference between "folk" and "rock" to me...

There is another first time in this baby - according to the Taylor Custom people they never did a satin maple neck before - can't tell you how good this feels to me. It also is a V shape - took me 25 years to figure out that this is the cure for my left hand fatigue... you live, you learn...
