Condition easily 9.5/10 - no marks that I can see
Nut=44mm/Bridge spacing=55mm
Back, sides, neck= mahogany
Top=Sitka spruce
Bridge & fingerboard= ebony
Action is very low with some saddle left
Comes with 'as new' Hiscox case

Not much to say that hasn't been said about how good these guitars are but I'm playing my custom build more and I need to free up $$$ for another guitar.

If you have 'sausage' fingers, this probably not the guitar for you, but if you have smaller hands, it could be a dream instrument.

This guitar is worth more than the asking price. In my opinion of course. The guys at Brook guitars make incredible guitars. I have the walnut/engelmann Torridge and I must say it is one of the best sounding and most comfortable guitars to play. It’s hard to put down. The Torridge has by far the most comfortable neck I have ever played. These models have a sound greater than what you would think the body size could produce.

I'll second that - fully respect Skip's decision to sell, but I've had one of these (spruce and walnut, from 2004) for just over a year and it's going absolutely nowhere. Brook afficionados know exactly what they're onto - they're simply amazing guitars, and my little Torridge is no exception.

It packs a way bigger punch than ought to be possible for a guitar of such diminutive proportions, and has the lightest, slinkiest, easiest action of any acoustic I've ever played.

At this price, someone will be getting themselves a bargain - good luck with the sale, Skip.
