Yes, it did have an arm rest but some thought it was hiding some damage. I took it to a Bourgeois recommended luthier who went all over it, tweaked a tuner that was sticking a bit, installed a strap pin and removed the armrest.
The guitar is in very good condition with no trace of the former arm rest. Best, Ron |

I once owned a Martin OMC-28LJ that except for the string spacing a the bridge and body depth was very similar to this DB. Heck of a guitar and the only EIR bodied instrument I wish I had kept. Sounded great and I'm sure this Bourgeois OMC does too.

It's so close to pristine that I don't play it for fear of dinging it up. I'm mostly into 3 chord roots music and this guitar, though of course fine playing anything, seems like it should be heading for higher ground or deeper waters. Ron |
