Default Has Charles Hoffman retired?

Does anyone know if Charles Hoffman has retired and/or if he is still doing repairs in the Twin Cities?

Yes, but I understand that his son has taken over the business.

Yes, Charlie retired. His son, Gabriel, is running the shop. I haven't observed any new guitars coming out of the shop since Gabriel took over. I did stop in there a few months ago and there was a young lady that I believe was doing repair work.

Ron and Michele used to work at Hoffman's and they now have a shop in St. Paul (St. Paul Guitar Repair). Highly recommended.

I know that this is not the intent of the thread, but I also wanted to put in a good word for St. Paul Guitar Repair. They do great work at a fair price.
