Default Composite Acoustic Cargo

I am planning to sell my Cargo so I can upgrade to a larger guitar. This guitar is in very good shape, with good action and the tone is very good, especially for a small guitar. I think this is about the perfect travel guitar. Since I don't travel by plane, I can afford to go a little larger for my travel. This guitar has a pickup, and I think it's the one that comes with it from the factory. This is the High Gloss carbon burst version. It also comes with the CA gig bag.

Asking $1,000 shipped to the CONUS. Paypal fees to be paid by buyer.

Send a PM if interested.

Todd

I have owned an ‘08 Cargo (Road Tough finish) since new. I still love it after all these years. Not only is it a great travel guitar, it is a great couch guitar...and may just be the best of such smaller guitars. 22.5” scale, 14 fret, 2-1/4” string spacing at the saddle for easy pickin’. Wonderful back contours...super comfy! These don’t come up for sale all that often.

The price is very fair. Good luck with the sale, BD!

Default Cross-posted this to my Traveling Guitar site

I have one of these as well. It's my go-to travel guitar (I have tested many many models). I've cross posted this to my Traveling Guitars page on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/TravelingGuitars/). Good luck with the sale!

Here are what the tuners look like. They are not stock. Not sure of the brand, but they work well.

Confirmed today it's a 2014 with factory electronics. Made by Peavey after the buyout.

No scratches or dings. I'll post up some better pictures soon. From what I can tell, the tuners cost $300+ on EBay. They really add to the guitar.

It comes with the original soft gig bag made by CA.

I’m quite “up” about composite guitars. To anyone interested in a small body/travel size guitar, the Cargo, since it’s inception in 2008, has been and still is considered a very good guitar among its peers. I own an ‘08 and still love it...it gets the most play because it is one of the better couch and travel instruments. Super comfy, real good tone...lots of bass. Imo, the only composite guitar of the approximate size to rival the Cargo with an improvement in tone is the new Blackbird Savoy (fabricated from ekoa linen)...but at 2-3 times the cost. A new Cargo is a great guitar at it’s price point. Bonediggers Cargo is quite a good deal.

Thanks! I appreciate the positive review. Better pics to come soon.

Going to hold on to this for now. If someone decided they want to trade a midsize CF guitar for it, let me know.
