Great seller and a beautiful guitar. I’d love this if I could swing it!

I ordered an SC OM with all of the bling in 1999, looks very much the same except for the cutaway.

The same cracking appeared after about 12 months, I sold it a few years ago and regretted it ever since. I called SC and they said to send it back for repair but I would have to pay both shipping costs to the Uk / US.

This is a good price for some lucky new owner.

Our guitars are 14 years apart. Hard to say what would cause such crazing - certainly a bad finish batch, less than stellar application, who knows....I was told that the checking on this guitar resulted from transit and I have no reason to doubt that. If only Santa Cruz was as generous with me as they were with you....They build wonderful guitars and are a great company to deal with, but they're not cheap. I discounted the guitar by the full $1400 they quoted me for a top re-finish, so if these things aqre not consequential for you, here ya go....

Default Om ... finally heard the light

I was pretty luke warm on OM's in general until recently. Found a couple that I really liked and one was a 2012 OM/PW. It arrived yesterday from Artisan Guitars. My ears have been reaching for just this guitar for years. I've owned one other SCGC -- an all mahogany dread; it had a beautiful sound but not quite enough volume.

These OM/PW's lack nothing that I can find. Great guitar at a great price.

Hey, great to hear your search has ended (if it has) It's a great guitar - warm, crisp, with great dynamic range. Enjoy yours!

Time to start pushing a little harder. Price lowered to $3800. You don't find these on every street corner....

Just knocked 10% off temporarily. There's a guitar I'd like to buy but need to move this in order to make that happen. For as long as the other guitar is available this is only $3420. Phone operators are standing by!

For a roughly 9K guitar, this is a serious steal. Guitar I have my eye on is getting a lot of play and likely won't last long. I'm willing to undersell in order to make the secondary deal happen so now's the time to grab this one....

There's one inconsistent tuner on the guitar. I ordered a set of drop-in tuners - same Gotoh but gold w/ black oval buttons - but haven't gotten around to installing. These are included in case pocket for buyer to decide which to use....
