i use some of the blue cat, softube and line 6 as well as most of the ones built into logic pro. i have a few of the free ones from native instruments kontakt5, reactor 5 and replika but don't use them too often. my favorite is the eventide ultrachannel that i use a lot. i see eventide is having a sale on their H3000. it is still $200 tho!
