Default Tom Doerr Guitars for the Santa Barbara guitar show SBAIC

Hello everyone, Just started these last week and thought I would share the progress of what I'm taking to the Santa Barbara guitar show sbaic.com this August. Here's the rundown of what I'm bringing.

-Legacy Select Standard Series tunnel 14 redwood top with old growth Brazilian rosewood b&s. Blue paua abalone top trim and 3 ring rosette.

-Legacy Select Signature Series with cutaway. Swiss moon spruce top with old growth Brazilian rosewood b&s. Custom tiled rosette and upgraded bound backplate.

-Legacy Select Signature Series with cutaway. Swiss moon spruce top with old growth Brazilian rosewood. Brazilian rosette with beveled bound soundhole.

If I have enough time I hope to build a little Trinity Select or possibly do my first modified dread. We'll see as the weeks go on. Looking forward to seeing some of you at the show and make sure to stop by my table. Thanks for looking!

Oh, fantastic! Pics and a report are always appreciated! In '13, Tom was thrilled with the sinker stash he had on hand and I'll bet your guitar top is from this lot. He described it as "the stuff you can't get anymore". It was a close call, but I opted for Tom's last set of LS Redwood.
Looking forward to seeing the Solace!

What he said--I've been waffling on whether to go to SB or not. This might give me the incentive I need!

Looking forward to seeing the BRW/Tunnel 13 Legacy come together.

Would love for you to stop by. When are you coming through in August?

Fred it actually is tunnel 14 which was the last tunnel the train went through before it blew up in 13. I have a nice stock of tunnel 13,14&15 and they are all spectacular redwood right up there with Lucky Strike IMO.

I plan on it. Hopefully I will be so busy playing it that it takes me a while to make that post.
