Yep, same thing happened to me and it was listed as in stock when I paid too. We'll see.

Don't respond to the email. Don't call. The only people who say they've had their orders cancelled talked to somebody. Mine is in transit.

Stay calm. Be patient. It may actually be in April as they have sometimes stated.

Good advice. I'm just wondering what sort of tomfoolery is going on at GC. First it's listed at the low price, then it's not. Then it is. All within hours, the same day, or the next day. It's listed as in stock, and they take your order and send you notification that it's on back-order. Some people get theirs shipped out right away, and some get their orders cancelled. I can wait for the guitar, but none of this makes any sense. Is the GC train careening down the tracks with no engineer?

I've been following is deal since Friday. It is a little crazy.

Right this minute the site shows 4 in stock at $439.97.

Yep... When I was thinking about buying mine.... There were like 18 or 19. When it got down to 9 .. I pulled trigger. Then Saturday afternoon they ran out and that was it.... Or so we thought.

I called their CS on Monday because mine didn't have a tracking yet. He told me these were only shipping from stores. Not warehouse. But he was kind enough to call the store mine was at... I asked him to check if it was a floor model or new in box. He reported it was brand new. .... We'll see tomorrow !

did you choose the natural or sunburst? Sunburst always was $650. I'd prefer the sunburst personally, especially with the flat lacquer, but not for two bills more.

Natural. I'd seen both the other prices before, but not the $650.
