Default Guitar Strings

I have tried lots of strings over my twenty years of playing guitar and I keep returning to John Pearse every time. Yesterday I heard from an employee at D'Addario that they manufacture strings for everyone on the planet but is unable to divulge their names. Does anyone know if D'Addario makes the strings for John Pearse? Years ago I was led to believe that JP manufactures their own but I have never confirmed it.

Any comments from the group?

Thank you,
Nathan

Simply because we KNOW that Martin make their own strings , as do Newtone, and Picato/Rotosound (UK) we know that the D'addario stasff person's statement s untrue.

However, I'm fairly sure that they would make strings for other brads - but I don't know who they are.

I seem to remember (from the last time this came up) that there is a lesser known organisation that imports and cold draws steel and the other alloys used. Just can't remember the name.
