McNally Guitars at Organic Sounds
We just received our second guitar from luthier Ciarán McNally, an "S11" model. Ciarán builds wonderful instruments - clean and beautiful builds with wonderful playability and tone. Think a cross between Celtic and more traditional North American guitars, and you will get an idea of the vibe. Ciaran previously had roles as a senior craftsman for Lowden Guitars and as a production manager for Atkin Guitars. He has been building on his own for several years now, and is achieving some wonderful success.
McNally S11 - Cedar Top/Mahogany Body Please find details here: https://organicsoundsguitars.com/col...r-mahogany-new This is McNally's smaller bodied guitar. The combination of cedar and mahogany, one of my favorites, sounds so warm and soulful. This is a great blues guitar, but also great with jazz, light to medium strumming and folk music. It would make a wonderful partner for the singer-songwriter. Scale length: 24.9" Nut Width: 1 3/4" String Spacing at saddle: 2 1/4" McNally OM32 - Sitka Spruce Top/East Indian Rosewood Body Please find details here: https://organicsoundsguitars.com/col...n-rosewood-new Deep, effortless bass and crystal clear trebles, combined with great responsiveness and top notch craftsmanship define this great OM. Wonderful in dropped or open tunings in addition to standard, equally wonderful strummed and fingerpicked or flatpicked, it is a super versatile guitar! This OM is designed a bit larger than most OMs, which allows for greater bass response. Scale Length: 25.4" Nut Width: 1 3/4" String spacing at saddle: 2 1/4" |
