Default !DROP IN PRICE!FSOT: 2015 Taylor 416ce: SOLD, 2014 Rainsong P-14:$1100, Bedell SOLD

All,

I am trying to acquire a quality dreadnaught. I have tried to trade the above guitars for several of the dreads listed here on AGF without success. So now I am selling or trying to trade any or all (would prefer to sell, but yes will trade 3 for 1 if it works) with the above goal in mind. To be clear, I am looking for a 1 3/4 nut Martin, H&D (1 23/32 would be fine), Collings, Santa Cruz, etc. (I am pretty much open to any quality built dreadnaught guitar, in fact I know there is a 1937 D-28 Authentic roaming around that I'm sure the owner would love to trade my 3 for his 1 ). I am somewhat cash poor, but would even consider including cash on my end to make things work out on a trade. Let me know if you have any questions or want more pictures. Thanks.

Mint 2015 Taylor 416ce: SOLD
https://www.taylorguitars.com/guitars/acoustic/416ce
I picked this up locally and then realized that I wanted a dread. It is flawless and sounds like a Taylor. I do not have the original case (didn't come with it when I bought it). It does come with a in fair condition (all latches and handle work but the case has seen some miles) Alvarez case that it fits in snuggly.

2014 Rainsong P14: was $1350 now $1100, PP friends and family and you pay for shipping. $1150 and we split shipping.

Purchased from a fellow AGF member several months ago in the plan of using this for travel and for my daughter to use as a smaller body guitar. Both my daughter and I have enjoyed its use immensely but I'm willing to sacrifice it in my search for the dread. The prior owner had the saddle replaced by MacNichols guitar with a FMI saddle and set up for fingerpicking. Both my daughter and I have used a pick on this guitar and it now has pick marks above and below the sound hole. Otherwise the condition is excellent. OHSC like new.

Bedell MB-24-g: $SOLD$
This is the first acoustic that I owned. Purchased in 2011. It has been good to me and has seen light use. I have kept a Oasis humidifier in the case throughout its time with me. It has a ding through the finish and into the wood due to my clumsiness. A picture of which will be included below. There have been several postings here about the best Bedell's from this time being the cedar/IR combination and I would agree. All solid wood with the nut being 1 11/16, and the scale length being 25.5. OHSC in excellent condition with a 2 inch section of stitching that is loose and some abraded areas where the case would come in contact with the ground.

Is that a standard 416? It looks like rosewood with a full gloss body?

Someone needs to buy that Bedell. The cedar/rw models are excellent. Not "excellent for the money"--very good guitars, excellent build quality, play well, sound great.

rog,

Thanks for the comments. I have been surprised at the lack of interest. There are not a lot of spruce/rw solid wood guitars out there for this price. People talk about buying a GS Mini as a "beater" guitar and they are paying more and missing out on a great guitar.
