I don't really understand this hread, but I do remember thsat ehemn I dined out in the USA most meals were lamost entrely about meats.

Fried potatoes are not really vegetable so muchas another way to consumre saturated fats.

In the past month or so I have planted potatoes, earlies and mains, runner beans, french beans, carrots, parsnip, butternuts, sweet corn, leeks, calabrese, tomatoes and sweet peppers. Onions and Garlic have been in the soil since November and are now maturing nicely.

We have three apple trees and two pears, strawberries, and blackberries (which grow wild), although we took out our elderly raspberries last year.

We are now nearing the end of a fantastic crop of asparagus out of 12 crowns.

We get all this from two small plots.

UK goverment guidelines suggest five portions of fruit/vegetables per day is necesary for a balanced diet.

Why are you guys concerned about eating natural foods?

This thread is meant not to be understood, understand ?
Except for the entertaining spelling at the start, I might have lobbied for your post to be ...ahem, expelled , on grounds of being too serious. Nice work
on the garden though !
