Default fantastic concert acoustic sound

My wife, daughter and I went to see Green Day on Saturday.

They had two backup guitarists. The main backup guitarist came out top play "Boulevard.." and I was convinced he was playing a mic-ed acoustic. The lights came up and he was playing an ES-335 and it sounded fantastic and perfectly acoustic. I don't know anything about their sound system but they had things set up so perfectly it was amazing!

Later, BJA was playing two acoustic songs on a black Gibson acoustic. They sounded so perfect - no feedback, and absolutely no piezo quack at all. Simply Amazing acoustic sound.

Amazing sound.

I often find at live shows, the acoustic guitars always tend to sound incredible. You have to factor in the volume at the show and the extremely high end sound system. I think I read somewhere that BJA just uses a Matrix with the spectrum aura di. That sound system they use just shows how great that system can sound.
