Default Which amp? In-home fun only.

I thought I was going to get a Fishman Loudbox Mini, but then played my new Yamaha Transacoustic through this, at a nearby Guitar Center:

It has some nice delay effects that sounded good. Does the Fishman have delay? I did not see it on the controls, but I know nothing about amps.

Do you sing? I ask because for a few extra bucks you can get the 60 Watt version of the Boss Acoustic Live Singer... plus Sweetwater is giving away a FS-6 Footswitch.

https://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/ACSLive

If you sing or are considering recording it is well worth the extra dollars as you get independent amps for voice and instruments with effect for both as well.

The Fishman Mini does not have delay. Note that Fishman will be releasing a battery-powered version of the Mini soon.

I now nothing about the Fender, but would say that its cabinet seems to be better that the Fishman, i.e. wood compared to vinyl over some base.

Here's an AGF thread about the Finder 100 >

And Amazon is giving me a 15-off deal bringing the $ to $340, for the Fender.

If you really like what you hear, go with it and get the Fender, it’s a great amp too. And it has 3-band eq as well as Phase (helps with feedback/quackiness) on both channels. You can’t go wrong with either for your purposes. Also, the Fender has 100 Watts vs the 60 of the Fishman so you could cover a much larger area for future endeavors.

Have fun!
