Default One button alternative to FS3X footswitch

Greetings folks,
I use a Digitech Jamman Solo XT loop pedal. I prefer the pedal style over the buttons, but using this pedal live requires that I use the Digitech FS3X footswitch. Since I don't pre-record any loops, I only use one button on the footswitch, to stop and clear the loop. I don't have any need for the up and down buttons. Is there a footswitch out there that has just one button to accomplish this?
Cheers,
Mike

The wiring of the FS3X is everywhere on the web (I did bould one long time ago...)

You just need a momentaru siwtch that opens between the tip and the ground.

It is not difficult to do.

Default Jamman Solo XT and FS3X MODE switch function when three jamman XT's are synced

This is exactly what I was looking for. Thank you very much!

A followup though...

I plan to put up two solo XT and one vocal XT and sync all three.
The FS3X foot-switch will be plugged on the MASTER solo XT.

Questions:
1. when all three are recording/playing/overdubbing and I press the MODE switch do all three stop at the same time?
2. if I press and hold the MODE switch, will all three loops (that are not yet stored) get erased?
3. if all three loopers have existing loops and are all stopped (as in Question 1) what happens when I press the MODE switch once again? do all three play their respective loops or will it be just the master?

Did you ever get a single button switch for your Solo XT?

I'm planning on buying one and wondered if there was a need for there to be a stereo plug in order not to short out the ring circuit.

Just got my Solo XT yesterday and confirmed that you do need a stereo plug in order to not have the ring shorted out, which causes endless scrolling! Stereo plug ordered and that should bring a solution.

Sorry to dig up an old thread but I'm going to do this and was a bit confused from what seem conflicting posts. I understand that you need a momentary switch but one that is normally open and momentarily closed - i.e. It momentarily closes (not opens) the connection when you step on it thus joining the tip to ground. This then makes sense to me why shorting ring/tip causes endless scrolling. Can someone confirm if this is the case - i.e. the switches are normally open / momentary closed. Thanks in advance.

I wish y'all a great passage into the New Year!

I don't remember but I am pretty sure the switch closes when pressed.

In one week I can try on my original FS3x

Regards,
Cuki

Default Does the Zoom FS01 could work as a one switch button

Hi everyone,

Does the Zoom FS01 could work as a one switch button for example with the TC helicon play acoustic to use as a footswitch to apply harmony for example :
