1934 Gibson L-4 *Sold*
Offered here is a really sweet 1934 Gibson L-4 with tons of tone and mojo. I picked this guitar up from from a fellow member last year and am only parting with it due to financial reasons. It plays like a dream with a full tone that can cover a lot of musical bases. The round hole provides great projection.
There are plenty of knicks, scratches, and lacquer crazing from nearly 90 years of play but, the 16” body is sound and crack-free. The nut is a bit over 1-3/4”, the action is set at 7/64” with a little room left in the bridge. The neck has a very comfortable ‘V’ profile. The tuners are not original but are excellent Waverly replacements. The fretboard has some slight wear and the frets have tons of life left in them. The case is a new TKL. If you’re looking for a museum piece, this isn’t it but if you’re looking for a great playing, great sounding cool guitar that has character, look no further. Asking $Sold$ and will include shipping in the continental states. Also, I have a nice 81' Epi Emperor posted on the Forum as well and can make a great package deal!! Thank you, DJ
