Talking Ayers The Moment Grand Auditorium SOLD

This is an Ayers Grand Auditorium, it was a special order by a specialty guitar shop in Vietnam GTGuitarShop, they spec'd out everything. The build quality is superb and the woods used are beautiful. The guitar does not have a pickup or any electronics installed. Nice set of Gotoh 510 premium tuners in copper finish. The guitar originally came with a buffalo bone saddle but Ive swapped it out with a Bob Colosi vintage bone saddle, I will include the original saddle in the sale. The guitar is essentially specd out to be similar to a high end Taylor. It's been set up and ready to play. Comes with the original hard shell case. Great guitar for the price, Im asking $old buyer is responsible for shipping and any payment fees.

Specs:
All solid woods
Nut Width - 1 & 11/16"
String Spacing at Saddle - 2 & 3/16"
Scale Length - 25.5"
GA body
Solid Sinker Red Cedar
gloss finish
Solid Bolivian Rosewood gloss finish
Ebony Fingerboard and Bridge
Buffalo Bone nut saddle
Gotoh antique tuners
Hardshell case
Double bevel - very comfortable to play

That’s a beautiful looking guitar. I don’t know anything about the builder, but I’m surprised by what seems to be a low asking price at $750 for what appears to be a quality guitar. Typo? GLWS.

Are there any sound clips available? Not familiar with Bolivian Rosewood. When you say the top is "Solid Sinker" is that redwood?

Sorry it got cut off when I was typing, it is a Sinker Red Cedar top. Sound clip from the shop that originally sold it is also in the original post now. Thank you for bringing that to my attention.

Is it labeled as "Ayers?"

I have owned a couple of different guitars built by Ayers. Including a dread of these tone woods. Both were very very good in all regards. Build quality surpassed my expectations.

Nice instrument!

Lovely guitar! I haven't tried an Ayers before but at this price I wouldn't have any problems doing a "blind buy" on it. I just wish it had a 1 3/4" nut. GLWS!

Vee is a great guy to deal with. Buy with confidence!
