Take a look at Wildwood Music. There is a violin/fiddle in "The Vault" that may work. Great people to work with.

The joke - what's the difference between the two? About $100,000, give or take.

The actual difference is that many fiddlers prefer a flatter bridge than violinists, so they can play double stops more easily. That's the only difference in setup.

Yeah, the difference between a fiddle and a violin is mostly semantic. It is not like the differences between a classical guitar and a steel string guitar. There may be slight setup differences, but they are pretty minimal.

In my opinion, there are greater differences in violins based on how they are used; a classical concert soloist is looking for an instrument that sounds slightly different than what an ensemble (orchestral, string quartet) player needs, but again, these sort of small variances are the providence of musicians trying to squeeze out that last 1% or 1/2 of 1% of the instrument's capability.
