Default new (custom) pedalboard day

This is my third (or fourth?) pedalboard iteration. It's a combo setup for use with my acoustic into my Acoustasonic practice amp as well as (mostly) for my electric.

I wanted something shaped/sized my way so I made a new pedalboard out of maple.

I had a lot of trouble with ergonomics on my looper pedal and found that raising my heel lets toe-tap control feel easier. So, I added a screwed on (removable) platform.

I love the acoustic styling and added some leftover ivoroid binding I had just because I love that look on maple.

It came out great and feels great to use - very low profile and reconfigurable since all the pedals are spaced and mounted with velcro.

Looks great, Fazool. Gotta like those mini pedals - so easy to fit on a board. I like how you have the power cables under the board, nice and clean.

Agreed. Very nice. Functional. Clean. What’s not to love.

A fellow member (and great personal friend) JMcKay built this board for me. And then built one for himself and for our fellow band mates as well. Took some trial and error to get the functionality and layout user specific but custom built boards are so much better for ME as you can tailor them to your specific needs. He even fashioned a lid with latches. Pick it up like a suitcase and haul from gig to gig.

Great job fazool! Love that maple and ivoroid binding. Gorgeous!

Here’s a pic of my board and his handiwork.
