These mics were used sparingly for a few months and then put away. I actually forgot about them until I cleaned out a equipment cabinet recently. The have been stored in a climate controlled environment the past nine years waiting to come out and play again.

I'm a little confused. They are labeled both dynamic and condenser. As I understand it, condensers require power and dynamics do not. I can't buy them right now either way, but someone would is interested might also be confused.

That is confusing, I agree. They also make a condenser mic called the Cardinal (Looks the same except it is red in color) which is a capacitor model requiring standard phantom power for its operation. The Raven does not, as it is dynamic. I don't know why that is on the box.
