That was good!

When the lesson comes out (hopefully) let us know. I'll be circling back to your lessons soon as I actually managed to learn how to use a thumb pick without poking my eye out.

I've never used a thumb pick simply because I've never devoted enough time to getting used to it. I'm trying to rectify that now.

Once I got the pick sized so it wasn't turning my thumb blue I was able to make progress.

Seriously though I tried several times in the past and this time it took. I use one of those white plastic Dunlop picks. I wanted to learn some "boom/chuck" Chet Atkins style songs and that helped me stay focused with the thumb pick.

The thumb pick will be great to use when I get back to Toby's lessons.
