I use Yamaha DBR 12s. Never heard any complaints about sound quality, just the opposite, I usually hear complements in regard to the sound quality.

I use a pair of Yamaha DXR 15s, sometimes just one for solo gigs at smaller venues. The pair is more than enough for my "acoustic" band with bass keys and cajon as well at small to medium venues. Sound quality is outstanding.
I try to consider possible future endeavors and overdo it a bit when it comes to sound reinforcement. These will serve as tops if I get back to playing in a full electric band paired with subs. |
