Line 6 Helix issues

Hi,
I am not sure if anyone has any experience first hand with the helix. I have had mine for just over a week now and I play a fender jazz master LE. One of the things I gab noticed is all my clean amps sound overdriven. Whenever my volume is up and I strum it's distorted. Any thoughts or ideas on how to remedy?

Turn on the input pad. If that doesn't do it, send me a PM.
