just a guess, but i think the url got flagged because of the 'hashtag embed ...' command tacked on the end.
Using embed commands, I understand there's a nasty way that viruses can be snuck into computers using stuff built into a video or image.

Thanx, Amy, I shortened it to http://www.dailymotion.com/ - blocked anyway.
No problem, I can open it with Tor browser.
Bryan Kimsey web site is also blocked, I open it with Tor, too.
