Wow, making me drool... Lol... A fine hand made maple dread!!!! YES...

Hey Leo! I notice you shellac the inside... It's obviously pretty, and makes the wood Pop real nice... But I'm guessing it's not just done for the visual? What's your reasons for doing so???

Hi Dave, you are right. Besides looking nice, it acts as an additional moisture barrier. It reduces the likelihood of the wood moving when you expose the guitar to sudden changes of humidity or temperature.

Brandon, I do the same thing in almost all my guitar, except when they are perfect straight grain and quarter sawn. Thanks so much, I'll be posting more photos soon.
