Default Luthiers / Classical Guitar Stores in Baja California, Mexico?

Anyone know of any good classical guitar luthiers in Baja California, Mexico? Preferrably, north of Ensenada as opposed to say the Cabos. I know Candelas (owned by Candelario Delgado) has some followers and they actually have a shop in Los Angeles – not sure if their shop in Tijuana (at 2014 6th Street) is still open.

I’m just a few hours drive from the U.S. – Mexico border so it occurred to me there might be some nice finds there.
