Jordan's guitars sound outstanding.

He's on a major tour, isn't he?

I must say, that guitar sounds stunning.

Any others here have first hand experience of them?

Cheers,
Steve

I visited Paul last year, and played his personal McConnell. I had very high expectations after hearing clips and seeing pics. I was blown away by how it sounded and played. There is a distinctive "tone" that I just can't quite place or describe, but it is very pleasing to my ears; Paul's guitar in person almost sounds like a 12-string. Very easy to play; Paul's is a fanned fret, playing was effortless and the guitar responds to any touch light or hard attack. Jordan's designs are also very pleasing to my eye; his SJ shape just looks right. Workmanship is perfect.

I've been moviing stuff for the past year to be able to have an opportunity to own a McConnell. Still have a ways to go....

Paul has probably got more experience than any body else with Jordan's guitars. Paul, I understand you have a mahogany coming. Looking forward to hearing that one too.

I'm on Jordan's build list.

Should be happening some time soon. When I go through the process, I'll post it to the Custom shop, as long as Jordan buys into it, and I'll post a recording at some point afterwards.

Default Mahogany McConnell, Indeed!

Yes, I plan to do a smaller body 15" model in Mahogany. Not all finalized yet, but I'm super excited!!
