100 posts is impressive--until you look at someone with over 10,000. I'm here much more than I need to be, but find it an enjoyable forum with good people and almost always something tempting.

Default "So, do you come here often?"

I thought that line only got used in bars?

How often I'm here depends on what else I have going on, whether I'm looking for info on something or if a particular post has captured my attention and I'm looking in to see how the conversation is progressing.

While I'm not on line anywhere near as much as some people, I find that the majority of my time on line is spent here.

A little email, check the weather forecast, ZITE (a news aggregator site) then here.

As long as I spend more time playing that reading or posting about guitars I figure I'm fine.

I come here to get my post numbers up. I was member 15 years ago but who remembers passwords and user names? Not me.

But really, this is an awesome site, so much knowledge and info, and some real wisdom thrown in to boot! Wisdom is very rare on the internet.

Me neither. I have a folder on my computer just to store all of them.

Hi AB…

I'm retired, and the computer is on all day long, and this page remains open all the time in my browser.

I check it several times a day and hang out for a few minutes...

How often? It's very subjective, really.
Is "once a day" often? Twice a day, perhaps? Or is once a week good enough to be often?.
I come here sometimes 3 or 4 times in a week, then perhaps not at all for a fortnight.
I don't think I come here often. I should do more. It is indeed a great site with good members all very passionate about music (and guitars) and lots of expert advice given too.

Perhaps I miss a chatbox. That would most probably make me come here more often.
I like that "closer" feel of connection with others given by a chatbox.

I go in streaks. Right now, coming here a lot (2 or 3 times a day), and my evening check in tends to last a good amount of time. I trust that once I get through the holidays and some other stressful events, I will turn to something else. But for right now, this is fun, easy,,usually pretty pleasant. A nice little escape from more pressing concerns and upsets.

I usually check in here at least once a day, if I'm around my computer... somedays, I'll come back several times to see if anything exciting is going on (rarely!)...

On the occasions where I have been away from home for a week or two, without a computer, I have ceased to be surprised that not much has happened and no one missed me!

Even though it seems that some folks are getting a bit testier, it's still the "nicest" forum I have ever happened across...

Check it almost daily. Post sporadically. Joined a year ago. This forum works perfectly on a smartphone while at work when I'm not working. Oops, hope my boss ain't on here.
