Sounds about right, hard to say if you get $25 worth of play out of it. I'm guessing the action and geometry are going to be out of whack.

thanks for the info. was looking for a cheap one to redo, into a left handed. If I screw it up no big loss. I have 2 other left handed ones. Thought I could build a beater out of this one. But didn't want to mess up a guitar that might be worth something.

Harmony used the "Marquis" name extensively in their product line in the 70s for both acoustic and classical models (and even banjos). Here is an example. Looks to be maybe a parlor style or even classical model with the narrow upper bout and slotted head. Can't tell if it has bridge pins or not. I can't make out the logo on the headstock, but you might try a search for "Harmony Marquis guitar". The headstock shape in your pictures is definitely not the classic Martin design.
