Default NGD Incoming: 2016 Taylor 818e

Just bought this one off guitargal. Never thought I would buy a Taylor but from the sound clips it's the best Taylor I've ever heard. Will post a review and my own sound clips once I get it. I'm excited!

That Taylor 818e will be a wonderful-sounding guitar! I had a 2013 Taylor 818e ES1.3 First Edition and your 2016 model may sound even better! Enjoy!

Oh man, that is sweet sweet sweet! That's totally my kind of guitar - a rosewood Taylor Grand Orchestra?

It'd look real nice alongside my revoiced 810!

Congrats, and looking forward to a review; hope you upload some audio!

EDIT: Just re-listened to the soundclips provided at guitargal... Clip 3 is WONDERWALL!! But a remarkably fresh and cool arrangement of it... :-D

No secret I like big guitars and that one is beautiful.
Looking forward to a follow up.

Well I've had it a few days and it really is amazing. I'm not sure what Taylor is doing with these new models but they really nailed it with this one. Best Indian Rosewood and Sitka Spruce guitar I've ever heard. I'll post some sound clips soon.

Best of Luck with it !
If it sounds as good as it looks, a fabulous guitar for sure.

I've played one of these. Bass in your face is all I have to say about it.
