Plastic wrappings and packaging that are impossible to get open.

Clicking on a news article and getting a video that has a 30 second commercial that cannot be preempted with a "Skip This Ad" button. Without exception, I leave the page when that happens and do likewise for any video commercial that cannot be preempted after 4 or 5 seconds.

a trick that works with some clamshell packages is to use a hand held crank can opener to cut around the edge.
