Default RME ADI-8 DS Mkiii A/D Converter

A/D is pretty important in the studio. Here's a review of the ADI-8 DS Mkiii.

Another detailed review. Thanks for posting it.

Regarding RME and AD conversion, I synch my REM Fireface 800 to a Mytek AD converter and I preamp the mikes with a NPNG preamp. The Fireface 800 functions more or less as a router/mixing interface. I do love RME's Digicheck.

Rick,

You're welcome. Looks like you have a great chain there. Mytek makes some very good gear.

I bought a much earlier version of this 8 channel AD/DA converter, a RME ADI-8 Pro, about a 15 years ago. Nice box. Very nice. I've always been impressed with RME gear.
