Default Help needed: effects loop

Greetings,
I would like to create a true bypass for my Line 6 M9. It sucks tone horribly with my acoustic, but I'd like to use it occasionally.

My signal path is:
Venue preamp>Boss RC300

The venue has an effects loop and I am using it: Fishman Delay>Fishman Reverb>M9 with a TRS cable.

I'd like to be able to use the M9 when needed, but get it out of the picture when it ain't.

Any ideas? Thanks!
