No, I'm not going there. I just thought you needed the tiniest slice of panic.

I was wondering the other day what it was about the Beatles' songs that makes so many of them adaptable to beautiful, even classical finger style arrangement. Then Daria shows up with another stunner, IN MY LIFE. God she's good.

I think the answer to my question is melody. The melodies are complex and pleasing. Anyone with other ideas, by all means trot them out. I don't think it's just that they came along kind of when I did that makes them so good. I think their songs stand head and shoulders above most, both then and now.
