Similar to an Audix TM1. Some small diaphragm condenser omnidirectional mic.

Hard to say exactly which model, but it's almost certainly an Earthworks, for sure (semi-pun intended), since the mic has a silver capsule exterior with a single pronounced black band on it where the capsule goes from tiny to small, which is the Earthworks look.
My best guess as to the specific model would be the side vented SR25, since the mic on the YouTube clip appears to be vented, as well.
