Brass saddles? Sweet!

Is that used? When I was looking to get an electric, it seemed Pacifica was only making the Strat types, and the Tele types were not in production.

I got my electric - used MIM Tele, after about a year of acoustic too. Now, maybe 6 months later... they feel like 2 different instruments! I can't play them the same way. Not good or bad... just very different - and equally fun.

Edit:
Reread the post - it is used It is a very pretty guitar and nice condition. Maybe it was a wall ornament. I think you should play the strings off it and give it some character!

Good score! Are you planning on playing electric more than acoustic now? Watch out, it can really grab you.

I am going to dip my toes into it. I take classical lessons, practice strumming and chords on the acoustic and will now try to pick my way on the strings and get used to it.

All in the same first year.

Nothing wrong with that. I played both electric and acoustic in my first year and I didn't have any issue switching back and forth (although I was equally bad on both of them).

Very nice. I had the lower end Pacifica 102s I think it was, and it was a great playing guitar. I traded it towards an American Tele, which I really like, but, for me, the neck on the Yamaha was more comfortable.
Good luck with it.
