Default Waterloo WL-12 MH (Mahogany)?

Do any of you own one? Tried one? Thoughts? It certainly checks a lot of boxes for me, on paper at least.

Interesting variation.
Looks like a '29 or later Gibson L-2 (which didn't have a hog top).
The WL-12 (like mine) doesn't resemble any known Gibson or Kalamazoo model.
