NAD-Vox AC4C1-BL
I picked up a Vox AC4C1-BL. Its the little blue one. 4 watts.
So Iv been playing it at home for the past couple for days. Its perfect for home. I can play at a volume that doesn't bug anyone, and best of all, I love the tone. For instance, I love "Christmastime Is Here" by Vince Guaraldi. It sounds perfect on this amp. Just the tone I was looking for to play jazz. Last edited by Gmountain; 07-22-2017 at 01:13 PM. |

Vox and Vox-ish sounding amps are my favorite.
Congrats and enjoy! ♫

The Blue is a great little amp with that tone stack. If you ever get a chance to plug it into a larger cab (even a 1X10) you will be amazed how big that little amp can sound. The tone controls are a little odd, but that adds to the coolness.

I have the same one. It will improve in tone as the speaker (not the best) breaks in.
I love mine. Nice to take one amp to a jam with a T style or S style guitar and get a tone, with a range of overdriven sounds, you like with no pedals.

I've really been getting a kick out of playing this at home. Really has some great tones, and doesn't bother the neighbors, although if I turn it up, it gets pretty darn loud.
