Less than $4k for a Big Mac is just unheard of.
To know one is to own one. As a McPherson owner myself I can vouch for these marvels of modern day Luthiery. I can’t imagine what a 5.0 XP (extra large sound hole) pumps out knowing what my 4.5 XP produces. Sustain on Big Mac’s are ridiculous. The design and concept works; offset sound hole, cantilever neck produce a larger sounding surface. This coupled with unique bracing pattern makes for an awesome sound machine. Much Aloha!
